Although it is injured, Essien is on Ghana enlarged team group for CM
National coach of Ghana, Serb Milovan Rajevac, released Friday a list of 30 players summoned for a training camp in France, from May 24 to 29, in the World Cup this summer.
Listed on the band and Chelsea striker, Michael Essien, who is recovering from a knee injury.
Portsmouth band player, Kevin-Prince Boateng, was also detained. Midfielder chose to move to the national of Ghana, having played in Germany's youth team. To play the World Cup, he has but FIFA need permission.
